ETI also presented their findings on the recently completed TPMS and Telematics Market Research. ETI is using
this research to help all segments of the automotive industry provide aftermarket shops with better tool and
equipment solutions. ETI surveyed automotive repair facilities to find out more about their familiarity with TPMS
and Telematics. This research was designed to evaluate the market’s use and experiences with using TPMS and
Telematics, as well as their future business expectations in implementing TPMS and Telematics services, and to find
out what support the market needs to implement or grow their TPMS and Telematics business. The Market Research
Study will be available for purchase on our website at www.etools.org.
“ToolTech 2010 was one of the best attended and most informative events ETI has put on. The speakers were
outstanding and the information relayed was very valuable to our members,” said Jessie Korosec, ETI Marketing
Manager. “ETI would like to thank all of the OEM’s for attending and participating in the sought after One-on-One
Meetings. We would also like to thank the attendees for their support and we look forward to seeing everyone at
next year’s ToolTech in Miami Beach, Florida the week May 3, 2011.”
ETI would like to thank this year’s ToolTech Sponsors for their generous and much appreciated contributions.
These sponsorships are very important in helping to keep the costs down for attendees and go a very long way in
contributing to the success of ToolTech! Thank you Sponsors!

“The best ToolTech I have ever attended! So many people said the same thing, quality of the presenters and
information shared, quality of the displays and venue surpassed each of the recent years, said Suzuki’s Dennis
Blough, Manager, Service, Tools, Equipment, and Information. “ETI has done a fabulous job considering the difficult
environment faced over the last year or so. It’s nice to see some good news from others in the industry and to see
such optimism and support for the future.”
ToolTech is the only event in the automotive-related tool and equipment industry that focuses exclusively on the
companies who buy and sell tools and equipment. Participants can network with industry peers, meet potential
customers, meet potential product providers, confer with clients, meet in one-on-one structured meetings, and gain
valuable insights from presentations by industry leaders.
“RTI Technologies has been a member of ETI for the past three years, and I was extremely pleased with the number
of participants, the information presented, and especially our “one-on-one” meetings at ETI’s 2010 ToolTech,” said
Jeff Murphy, President of RTI Technologies. “After everything that the automotive business has been through in the
past two years, it was great to see such a broad spectrum of companies focused on not only the future developments
in our industry, but also on the tremendous opportunities that lie ahead.”
